We are pleased to announce the appointment of Olivier Mareschal as a partner of Prioux Culot + Partners.
As a senior associate of our firm since its founding in 2019, Olivier has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to our clients. He advises and assists, on a daily basis, with rigour and passion, companies active in various sectors, their shareholders and their managers in the implementation of their projects. He has also acquired significant experience in the field of corporate litigation. In addition to his career at the Brussels Bar, Olivier has been a teaching assistant at UCLouvain where he is in charge of practical classes in company law and regularly publishes on this subject.
