Business life is organised around a variety of contracts (such as sales, services, partnership, joint venture, loan and lease agreements), many of which are subject to specific rules and regulations, in particular distribution agreements (including franchise, commercial agency and concession agreements, etc.) and business-to-consumer (B2C) contracts.
We keep a close eye on legislative developments liable to affect contracts. We regularly assist our clients with the drafting and negotiation of contracts, as well as with the resolution of disputes that arise in connection with the performance and interpretation of contracts.
